Why Do We Need To Manage Our Weight?

How Do We Know We Need To Manage Our Weight?
The simplest form of knowing whether we're healthy or not is calculating our Body Mass Index or BMI. It's quite simple, all you need to know is your height and weight. Simply divide your body weight (in kilograms) by your height (in meters squared).
A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered healthy. Anything below that takes you to the category of underweight and above that is either overweight or obese. But what you need to consider is even healthy weight individuals need to workout to stay fit.
